BQHS is a leading academic unit for the development and application of quantitative methodology across biomedical sciences. We have collaborative partnerships with various research groups in Hawaii. Our skilled BQHS members are dedicated to conducting collaborative and methodological research in a wide range of areas, including clinical trials/studies, epidemiological research, community-based research , large-scale “omics” data analysis and other basic science research. Since year 2011, BQHS members have collaborated on more than 800 projects and participated in more than 150 peer-reviewed publications by serving as main authors or co-authors. Our expertise extends to various areas of quantitative health sciences, including study design, survey methodology, longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, structural equation modeling, spatial analysis, diagnostics, non-parametric tests, bioinformatics data analysis, and biomedical informatics.
